What we log

For each API call: time, endpoint, query text, filters, results returned, the agent fields you send, your key id, the user agent, an approximate country and region, and a salted hash of your truncated IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses.

Taste profiles

Taste profiles are used to rank results, then counted into daily totals (style tags, colors, price bands). They are never stored per search and never linked to a caller.

What we never want

Vitrine cannot see who your user is and does not try to. Do not send names, emails, addresses or any other data that identifies a person. Taste profiles should describe taste only.

Why

To rank results, count clicks, prevent abuse and report aggregate, non-personal demand to brands.

Approximate location

Country comes from network data and usually reflects the agent platform's data center, not the person.
